Welcome to my page!

I am a teacher, consultant, baker, and a Slovenian transplant. I hold a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Texas at Austin and teach courses in the areas of strategic thinking, scenario planning, leadership & ethics, and entrepreneurship.

These topics overlap with my consulting work. Through my company, Engage Leadership Consulting, my partners and I provide a variety of leadership and team building services for private, public, and non-profit clients. I also provide consulting services though Vindis International LLC, where I focus on finding strategic partnerships for clients, scenario planning, and executive level leadership.

Outside of teaching and consulting I love to experiment in the kitchen and bake breads, cakes, pies, and anything else you can think of.
